What materials do you use in your jewellery?
All of our pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials including semi-precious stones, new, preloved, handmade and painted beads, and hypoallergenic earring hooks. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, usually made in small batches of 1, 2 , or 3, unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All jewellery orders are beautifully packaged, in a cute hand painted paper gift bag featuring rope handles, or hand painted pillow box, making them perfect for gifting. If you'd like to include a personal message, simply add a note at checkout.
Recyclable? Gift bags are fully recyclable. The rope handles can be recycled after the plastic end has been removed.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. International orders may take longer depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We run jewellery-making workshops where you can create your own handcrafted piece. Visit our workshops page or get in touch to find out about upcoming dates.
What can I spend my gift card on?
Our gift cards can be spent on anything in our collection — from handcrafted mosaics, jewellery & wall art, to our creative workshops.
What if I spend less than my gift card amount?
If your order total is less than your gift card value, the remaining balance will be saved for next time. Any unspent balance remains on your gift card and can be applied to future orders. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I order a custom or bespoke piece?
