Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 working days of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed if there's any delay.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping (UK) We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the service selected at checkout.
International Shipping We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International. Delivery timeframes vary by destination but are typically:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 10–20 working days
Please note these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
Please note: We do not currently ship to Israel, China, or the Middle East.
Tracked & Signed For Orders over £60 are automatically sent via a tracked or signed-for service for your peace of mind. For orders under £60, standard untracked postage is used. If you'd like to upgrade to tracked postage for a lower-value order, please contact us before placing your order.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) after the expected delivery date.
