Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love everything you receive from Blue Cube Arts. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Ready-Made Items If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return smoothly.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Earrings For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Bespoke & Custom Orders Items made to order or personalised to your specifications are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or significantly not as described. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Workshops Workshop bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. If you need to cancel before this window, we're happy to transfer your booking to another available date. If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
