Overview This website is operated by Blue Cube Arts. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General By placing an order with Blue Cube Arts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Products All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photographs due to the nature of handcrafted goods. These variations are not defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Workshops By booking a workshop, you agree to our workshop-specific terms, including our cancellation policy as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Blue Cube Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
5. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and artwork — is the property of Blue Cube Arts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Blue Cube Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
9. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
