Mosaic Studio Class Policy
- Classes are sold as a flexible 10-session Mosaic Studio Pass.
- Your pass is valid for 14 weeks from your first booked session.
- Sessions may be rebooked within your pass period, subject to availability.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to retain your session credit.
- Missed sessions without sufficient notice cannot be transferred or refunded.
- Session credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
- All materials are included within the course fee.
- Each participant will have a dedicated project storage space within the studio during their course period.
- Optional Open Studio Sessions may occasionally be offered for additional creative time, project finishing, or catch-up sessions.
How Session Credits Work
When you purchase your Mosaic Studio Pass, you receive 10 session credits. Each class attended uses one credit.
If you cannot attend a session, simply provide at least 24 hours' notice and your unused session credit can be rebooked into another available class within your 14-week pass period.
This flexible system allows you to enjoy your workshops around holidays and busy schedules without losing sessions.
